Early Interventions
- April Newsletter filled with tips, expectations and guides on what Kindergartners need to know
- Flashcards for Alphabet, numbers, shapes and colors & books provided to all students at homevisits
- Books designed for parents on how they can work with their student at home
Early Screening for Brigance
- August 3, 4 & 5th Parents can bring their students for a screening before school begins—screening with classroom teachers
- August 11th & 12th screen remaining students by using: Computer Ed Staff, GCC, Counselor
Social Skills training immediately when school begins
- SPAVA for all Kindergarten classrooms will be provided with once a week 30 minutes social skills training for 8 weeks
- Supplemental guidance will be provided by Counselor/FRC
Classrooms set up after the first 3 days of school to ensure fidelity and equitable classrooms
- First Friday after school begins met after school to review classroom assignments. All assignments will be finalized taking into consideration:
