Mrs. Grider works with teachers to implement Behavior Support Plans for behavior management. She oversees responsive to intervention meetings to meet both the behavior and academic needs of teachers and students. Mrs. Grider has created documents that support data collection and management. The purpose of the interventions is to teach and reteach social emotional learning skills to prevent students from a JCPS Multi Disciplinary Evaluation Referral.
